While we do have project minimums, we’re delighted to serve clients with a range of budgets. With our tiered list of services, we provide options for those just starting out in their business to businesses that have been around for decades. That being said, most projects fall within the low-to-mid four-figure range.

This depends on several variables: which package you choose, what your timeline goals are, and the availability of our studio. Our Express Brand Design package takes up to 4 weeks from the project start date (not the date of the consultation call). Our more comprehensive branding packages can take 6-10 weeks.

When you inquire to learn more about working with us, Arielle will start by learning more about you as a business owner. She wants to know what your journey has been like, what got you started and kept you going, and what lights you up about what you do. After that, she'll dive into your project goals - what hurdles led you to reach out, what does success look like for your project, and how do you envision getting a return on your investment (whether it's financial or something else). Next, she'll chat about the estimated project investment and different package options, touch base on your budget (if you've got one), and talk about your ideal timeline.

The call wraps up by talking about the proposal process (you'll get it 7 days before it expires) and how to move forward in the booking process if you're ready to invest in your business!

We aren't currently offering custom website design. However, we have a roster of incredibly talented website designers who can assist in bringing your new brand to life with a custom website. We're delighted to share those referrals during our collaboration. Depending on the package you select, you'll also get a Brand Style Guide to facilitate updating your website or a template of your choice for your independent use.
